Trim - Dash - RH

    Remove


  1. Pull bottom of air bag cover upwards to break clips (x4) securing cover to dash frame.

    2. NOTE: The four clips securing the passenger air bag trim will break on removal and will need replacing.


  2. Remove lower storage bin (refer to procedure).

  3. Remove screws (x4) securing dash trim to body.


  4. Using two hands, pull trim to release retaining clips from dash.

  5. Remove dash trim.

  6. Remove broken passenger air bag cover securing clips (x4) from dash frame.


  7. Remove broken clips (x4) from passenger air bag cover.

  8. Depress tags (x4) and remove face level vent from dash trim.

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is reverse of removal except for the following.

  2. Align air vent spigot to dash trim to ensure the air vent is correctly orientated.

  3. Install new clips to air bag cover.

  4. Carefully align air bag cover clips with holes in dash frame and push cover to secure.
