Condenser - Inlet Duct - Lower - Front

    Remove


  1. Remove front bumper armature (refer to procedure).

  2. Remove bolts (x3) securing front undershield to chassis (torque - 10 Nm).


  3. Remove bolt securing front undershield to bracket (torque - 10 Nm).

  4. Release front undershield from lip in chassis and remove panel.

  5. Remove clips (x10) securing front grille to upper and lower condenser ducts.


  6. Remove front grille.

  7. Remove bolts (x2) securing towing eye bracket to upper crash structure (torque - 25 Nm).


  8. Remove bolts (x3) securing towing eye bracket and undershield bracket to lower crash structure (torque - 25 Nm). Collect undershield bracket.

  9. Remove towing eye bracket.

  10. Remove scrivets (x2) securing lower duct to crash structure.

  11. Remove bolts (x2) securing lower inlet duct to upper inlet duct.


  12. Remove scrivets (x3) securing lower inlet duct to upper crash structure.

  13. Roll outer edges of lower duct inwards and maneuver from crash structure together with upper duct.

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is reverse of removal.
