Pipe - High Pressure - Compressor to Condenser

    Remove


  1. Remove receiver drier (refer to procedure).

  2. Remove insulation pad.

  3. Loosen the high pressure compressor to condenser pipe at the condenser retaining nut (torque - 25 Nm).
    4. CAUTION: To prevent damage always use a suitable wrench to hold backing nut when loosening pipes and unions.
     

    CAUTION: Plug pipe connections to prevent ingress of moisture or dirt.
     


  4. Loosen the high pressure compressor to condenser pipe at the compressor union (torque - 25 Nm).


  5. Remove the high pressure compressor to condenser pipe.

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is reverse of removal except for the following.

  2. Replace A/C pipe O-rings.
