Module - HVAC - High Voltage Controller

    Remove


  1. Remove rear condenser exit duct (refer to procedure).

  2. Disconnect high voltage connectors (x6) from controller.


  3. Disconnect hood switch connector from underside of high voltage controller.

  4. Remove Patchbolts (x3) securing module mounting bracket to body (torque 15 Nm).

  5. Depress clips and remove hood switch from bracket.

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure reverse of removal.
    2. CAUTION: Replace all Patchbolt(s).
