Logic Connector

    Remove


  1. Remove sheet 1. (Refer to procedure)

  2. Working from the rear of the battery, remove screws (x4) securing logic connector to enclosure (torque - 0.5 Nm / 5 in-lbs)


  3. Disconnect connectors (x2) from logic connector.

  4. Remove nut securing logic connector to spacer, remove logic connector and place into Electrostatic Device (ESD) bag (torque - 1.1 Nm / 10 in-lbs).
    5. CAUTION: Use Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) mat at all times during this procedure and ground the mat to the rotisserie.
     

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is the reverse of removal except for the following:

  2. Before installing logic connector, ensure that the spacer is tightened to enclosure (torque - 1.1 Nm / 10 in-lbs).

  3. Mark fastenings after tightening using torquing pen to identify tightened fastenings.
