Week Ending March 30, 2024

  1. Harness - Fascia - Front (Remove and Replace)
The following procedure(s) were updated:
  1. BMS PCBA - High Voltage Battery Assembly (HV Battery 2.0) (Remove & Replace) - Updated note regarding required software versions and made procedure Model X applicable.
  2. Fluids - Updated DOT 4 BASF Hydraulan 404 as the approved brake fluid.
  3. Module - Steering Column Control (Remove and Replace) - Removed ODIN routines from procedure as per latest validation.
  4. Mount - Clevis - Front Drive Unit - LH (Remove and Replace) - Updated procedure to latest validation: no need to remove/install the HV battery.
  5. Ride Height - Adjust - Added links to the suspension bolt height (ride height) specifications.

  1. Brake Pad Kit - Front (Remove and Replace) - Added an image of lubricating the caliper pad slides.
  2. Fluids - Added compressor oil density note and leak detection kit info.
  3. Handle Carrier - Exterior Release - Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace) - Updated the removal steps based on the latest validation.
  4. Headlights (Adjust), Europe (ECE) - Modified settings for headlight aiming equipment.
  5. Seal - Primary - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace) - Added an image to indicate the seal junction to aid seal installation.
