  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Lower the LH front window.
  3. Activate Service Mode using the touchscreen.
  4. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  5. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”

  6. Turn steering wheel fully to the right
  7. Open the hood.
  8. Remove the rear underhood apron.
  9. Remove the LH underhood apron.
  10. Remove the RH underhood apron.
  11. Remove the front underhood apron.
  12. Remove the underhood storage unit access panel.
  13. Remove the underhood storage unit carpet.
  14. Remove the underhood storage unit from the vehicle.
  15. Remove bolts securing upper portion of front fascia

  16. Remove fasteners securing LH front wheel liner to valence

  17. Remove LH front wheel fairing from valence

  18. Partially remove front portion of LH front fender garnish

  19. Remove bolt securing LH front of fascia to LH front fender

  20. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  21. Turn steering wheel fully to the left
  22. Remove clips securing RH front wheel liner to valence

  23. Remove RH front wheel fairing from valence

  25. Remove bolt securing RH front of fascia to RH front fender

  26. Power off the vehicle using the touchscreen.
  27. Disconnect the LV battery connector and First Responder Loop.
  28. Remove fasteners securing lower portion of front fascia to valence

  29. Apply masking tape to protect LH and RH front fenders
  30. Disconnect front fascia assembly

  31. Remove front fascia assembly from vehicle

    Recommend assistance, Release fascia from LH and RH fender brackets, Careful not to damage the fender bracket when removing fascia, Place on protected surface to avoid damage
  32. Disconnect active grille shutter actuator

  33. Disconnect ambient air sensor and push grommet through front end carrier

  36. Remove plastic grille from the radiator

  37. Use shop-vac to clean dirt on the radiator

  38. Use blow gun to clean dirt on the radiator again

  39. Install plastic grille to the radiator

  40. Install active grille shutter to cooling fan module assembly

  41. Install ambient temperature sensor into active grill shutter assembly

  42. Connect ambient air sensor and secure grommet onto active grille shutter

  46. Install fasteners securing lower portion of front fascia to valence

  47. Remove masking tape from front fenders

  60. Install the underhood storage unit.
  61. Install the underhood storage unit carpet.
  62. Install the underhood storage unit access panel.
  63. Install the front underhood apron.
  64. Install the LH underhood apron.
  65. Install the RH underhood apron.
  66. Install the rear underhood apron.
  67. Close the hood.
  68. Unlock Gateway

    Note
    After vehicle has been put into "Service Mode", place keycard on center console to turn on drive rails, hold down the brake pedal, while keep pressing right hand signal button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, "GTW UNLOCKING" should pop up on the UI right next to the VIN during these 10 seconds, once gateway is unlocked "GTW UNLOCKED 5400" will be displayed on the UI next to the VIN, the gateway will remain unlocked for 90 minutes, follow steps on Toolbox article #5582900 for any additional information
  69. Perform Thermal Performance via Service UI

  70. Perform HVAC Performance via Service UI

  72. Calibrate the RH falcon wing door.
  73. Calibrate the LH falcon wing door.
  74. Turn steering wheel back to center
  75. Set air suspension ride height to Medium
