The following procedure(s) were updated:
  1. A/C Refrigerant (Recovery and Recharge) - Updated oil type to POE RB100EV.
  2. Fan - Camera - Windshield (Remove and Replace) - Added steps for software reinstall.
  3. Front and Rear Drive Inverter - Set (Dual Motor) (Remove and Replace) - Updated various steps to latest validation. Updated arc shield instructions.
  4. Front Drive Inverter - Drive Inverter (Remove and Replace) - Updated arc shield remove/install steps are for Tri Motor vehicles only.
  5. Four Wheel Alignment Check (No Adjustment Needed) - Added steps for removing wheel caps and updated UI and Toolbox steps.
  6. Harness - Steering Jumper (Remove and Install) - Added more detail to final removal step and first install step. Removed calibration steps according to latest time study. Added caution in steering wheel removal sub procedure to make sure the steering wheel is straight during removal and installation.

The following new procedure(s) were added:
  1. New glass components (windshield, roof, door, and fixed glass) must be inspected before installation to meet Tesla’s internal standards of quality. The Pre-Installation Glass Inspection procedure explains how to inspect new windshield, roof, door, and fixed glass components before the new component is installed.
The following procedure(s) were updated:
  1. Added a new caution about Pre-Installation Glass Inspection service requirements:
  2. Four Wheel Alignment Check and Adjust - Removed instruction to add the test drive correction code. The test drive is now included in the alignment FRT.
  3. Front Door Trim Pad - Beltline Assembly - LH (Remove and Install) - Added caution to not release the trim with too much force.
  4. Front Door Trim Pad - Beltline Assembly - LH (Remove and Replace) - Added caution to not use too much force when releasing the trim from the door assembly. Updated RGB address routine steps from Toolbox to vehicle UI.
  5. Rear Door Trim Pad - Beltline Assembly - LH (Remove and Replace) - Update RGB address routine steps from Toolbox to vehicle UI.
  6. Updated inverter air leak test valve steps:
